Steak n Shake – “good first job”

Pros

The pay is decent, laid back at times. If you work very hard you could get raises very quickly depending on your General Manager. Good promotions, quick to recognize you if you go above and beyond others work, but only if you go very far and above. Doing your best though sometimes isnt enough they want more and more .

Cons

Managers do not listen to employees when others are doing wrong. Told to just ignore them. Management does not check clean ups, lets many people get away without doing thier jobs, if you do a good job you just get screwed over. Most managers will screw employees as much as possible

Step it up and be managers dont be afraid of employees
