Cons

50+ Hour weeks as management
Franchise Limited staffing / Management
Quality of associates
Corporate likes to change things just to change them back a few months later (If its not broke, don't fix it)
Poor Franchise support from corporate, some things that are changed need not be, and others that should be are not.
Balance between work and home life is nill to none, unless you are already married with a family, then there is more flexibility, but not being married it would be hard to do so.

Advice to Senior Management

Equality in management does NOT work, there must always be a clearly defined leader else chaos prevails.
(Franchise) Bonus program would be a plus
