Steak n Shake – “too much value put on the public as to what they say and think.......we are not fast food”

Pros

dealing with the guest, over all working at sns is like a family, sns has been my family for over 10yrs,and i love what i am doing

Cons

no personal life what so ever, working 5.5 days a week, never any time for myself, i never what to be married to my job, but you are expected to be,never any time to be with my family much less any friends. sns is open 24 hrs a day and in this day and age that has become most dangerous

Advice to Senior Management

lighten up, make dissions and stick with them,stop making changes, stick with the way things where 75 yrs ago, and only go with the times, not new and improved
