Open friendly environment. Quick paced restaurant (most of the time).

Cons

Not always guaranteed to get out at your scheduled time. In fact, it is expected you stay and continue to take tables up to the time you are scheduled to get off, and THEN start to do whatever assigned cleaning and side work you need to do before clocking out.

Advice to Senior Management

Visit your restaurants for a meal once in a while and appraise the restaurant from a customer level.
