The black and white approach to getting rid of anyone and everyone within the company may help to achieve results in the 'next couple of months' future, but in the near long-run you are going to damage the future of the company. Many of these changes have caused great talent within the company to leave as they can be successful and happy working in a more positive environment with another company.
