senior management does not care about associates that have worked and proved themselves
pay is good but not enough for all the stress

hiring in too many fast tracks that have no idea how to run a steak n shake
keep on losing good general managers
long term future does not look to bright

Advice to Senior Management

get back to basics in the stores there are needed changes but you need to stop looking at everyone as being replacable
