Good benefits. Most employees are harding working and eager to learn. Company treat employees with respect and show care.

Cons

disorganized management and saving money in the wrong places...does not hold employees accountable for actions.

Advice to Senior Management

Do a better job in giving employees feedback. If they are doing a bad job, tell them, vice versa. promote and demote accordingly.
