I have been working at Stephens full-time

    Pros

Good work-life balance. Very respectful culture, no "yellers." Very teamwork-oriented, people are generally very nice. Firm not known for binge hiring and firing. Good track record of promoting from within.

    Cons

Firm's small size makes it difficult to compete with larger banks sometimes. Business formal dress at all times, except during summer Fridays, when it is business casual (no jeans).
