Pros

I was made to feel a part of the team. There was no little people, everyone's input was valued

Cons

The heat of the warehouse was tough but they made sure everyone had plenty of drinks to stay saturated.

    Pros

    lots of overtime, good benefits, laid back friendly atmosphere, good as a starting point

    slightly disorganized, not challenging, hard to move up

    I have been working at Sterigenics full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    A lot of opportunities here to advance, if you apply yourself. Management is the best here. They will work with you, with what ever the issue, just be truthful.

    Cons

    Monthly meetings, are a bust. THEY ARE MANDATORY! Even on your days off, you have to been in. Shortest meeting ever, lasted 10mins. On my DAY OFF! And if you do not attend, you get a disciplinary point against you. Scheduling sucks as well. If I need a weekend off, I have to use my vacation time. No updates if the facility is getting 12 Hr shifts, or weekends off! We are left in the dark, with that issue. There are some departments that have this rivalry. Argument amongst argument. But it is all do to one man.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the Monthly meeting policy, so that all employees do not get a point counted against them. If the meeting happens to fall on their day off. Change the scheduling for the shifts. Weekends off is preferred, but would settle for 12 Hr shifts. And the walls need to be brought down between departments.
