“An ok company to work for”
Current Employee – been working at Sterling Bancshares
Pros – The benefit package is pretty good. I think I have good health insurance. I have had some flexibilty with my schedule in the past.
Cons – The Senior Management is disconnected from the main employees. They only care about looking good on papaer. The opportunity to advance feels like an illusion.
