    Pros

Good place to start your career. You can get a wide range of experience in a short amount of time.

    Cons

Management does not care about anyone. Management incorrectly believes they are a technology company. Sterling Info Systems technology is laughable. It would have been cutting edge 12 years ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice to management, they make out the best.

Lack of planning = excessive working hours for all left behind as they gobble up companies

I have been working at Sterling Infosystems full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

They at least admitted their mistake recently...but it doesn't make up for the amount of work still left to do as they try to bring back employees they fired. Would YOU want to go back?

    Cons

    Too much work...mandatory overtime...exhausted employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go slowly when you take over companies. We understand that labor is cheaper elsewhere and the bottom line is your holy grail, but don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
