Pros

Vacation home in Florida that could be used by employees free of charge

Cons

Low pay, company likes to buy other companies, come in and lay off workers, then outsource those workers' jobs to India.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers do play favorites. Get rid of the managers and start over. The majority of employees do not respect the managers and the company knows it.

    Pros

    Truly too few to mention.

    Cons

Management treats you like a 2 year old. Aside from micromanagement, they have an uncanny knack for making you feel like s*it, regardless of your success, tenure or experience. High pressure is one thing, but neurotic is another altogether. Claim to be a technology company however use antiquated systems and act as thought its state of the art. Upper management takes no responsibility for the results of their actions. They clearly believe that their employees are a "necessary evil" as no one is as smart or accomplished as they are. Also, how uncomfortable is it when you introduce a new client to the system and they have to deal with Ramesh or Gildesh for support. The Indian thing does not go over well with most clients.
What a joke. Seriously, save yourself the grief and find another opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a clue! You can't treat people the way you do and expect to be a billion dollar organization. Also, aggressive growth thru acquisition is one thing, but when your sales management strategy is "cannibalization and survival of the fittest" with no moral recourse on your part, you are doomed to fail. You can't build a house on a poor foundation.
