    Pros

    Great company to work for if you were in the right group of people.

    Cons

    Management could careless about the empolyees. You could be top proformer one month, then being told if you didnt make the high numbers again you would at risk of losing your job.

    Advice to Management

    I feel if upper management knew how the "little guys" were treated things would change

    Pros

    Flexible schedules and opportunity to take part in special times in the lives of customers: engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

    Cons

    Many nights, weekends, holidays. Too much emphasis places soley on sales standards. This tends to create in-store conflict and reward questionable selling practices. Promotions are based only on ability to sell, not to lead.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize the overall talents of employees. Sales standards should not be the only way to evaluate and promote employees through the ranks. Recognize adminstrative and conflict resolution talents. Look for leadership skills in addition to selling skills to retain top talent and protect profits.
