I have been working at Sterling-Rice

    Pros

Great employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, life, etc), work/life balance, innovative and creative work. SRG treats their employees well. Offering free parking, several offsite company-wide meetings a year, rewards and recongnition, great leadership. SRG is an amazing contributor to the Boulder Comminuty. Great place to work. Located in downtown Boulder, and a great view of the flatirons. We work hard and play hard

    Cons

The company has grown significantly in the past year, making sure not you are not just another face in the crowd is important.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time with individual employees, learn about their goals, expectations and ideas. Everyone has good ideas, not just the management team.
