Sterling Savings Bank – “Smaller Bank, Great People”

Pros

Sterling was a great place to work in terms of connection with the bank and other employees, including senior managment. The work-life balance was excellent, and I enjoyed going to work every day.

Cons

There were limited growth opportunities in areas I was interested in. I also noticed a lot of people stuck in the same position for a very long time.
