I have been working at Stetson University
Pros – Stetson has an excellent new leadership team. My supervisors and colleagues are smart and friendly, and the time-off benefits are great compared to corporate life.
Cons – The health insurance premiums are pricey (even though we only pay 40%), and not many departments allow telecommuting. I wish we had an on-site day care.
Advice to Senior Management – Glass Door needs to update its CEO info (Doug Lee died nearly two years ago).
