Traveling overseas, corporate discount, benefits, wealthy company.

Cons

Lack of communication and leadership from higher ups depending what area you work in.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better leadership and mentoring for your team as well as express respect, compassion, and loyalty for hardworking and dedicated employees. Offer training for management.

    The discount was amazing (50%)
    4 Free pairs of shoes/year (1 for each season)
    Minimum Wage + Commission (Only 2%, but it adds up!)

    Often only received 4-8 hours/week

    If promoting someone make sure they are of the caliber that a store needs in order to see the results that the company expects. If you want to get the brand going you need to see the bigger picture and not keep people who are stagnant.
