Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want your store to be successful, train your associates to be successful. Stop blaming your team for your wrongs. Be ethical and logical when making decisions, don't jump to conclusions and point fingers. Separate your social life from work. Maintain professionalism. After seeing one of my managers verbally abuse a coworker in front of customers was my last straw.

    Pros

good discount, i made great friends

    Cons

you will NEVER get a raise. i cant promise that. they give you asinine reasons as to why things are the way they are. you will get paid crap as an associate and as an assistant manager. quality is going down, i have a feeling many more of these stores will close soon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop the favoritism and whoever is in charge of pay and benefits: try showing employees you care about them instead of having to recycle through them all the time. p.s. hire a new buyer please! whoever she is she has no idea what she's doing.
