    Pros

Free Shoes. Great Discount. Employee Appreciation. Commission.

    Cons

Biased Management. Favoritism. Politics. Caddy or Scandalous Women/Gays. Drama. Social life over professionalism. Improper training.

    Advice to Management

If you want your store to be successful, train your associates to be successful. Stop blaming your team for your wrongs. Be ethical and logical when making decisions, don't jump to conclusions and point fingers. Separate your social life from work. Maintain professionalism. After seeing one of my managers verbally abuse a coworker in front of customers was my last straw.
