    Pros

The pay and benefits were good. Great training team.

    Cons

Closed facilty. Didn't send any corporate people when they purchased this division.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Next merger send an upper manager to locations to see what really goes on. Then maybe they won't have to close facilities.

    Pros

The only thing that may be ok with this company is the heath benefits I've seen better at other companies but this one is not the worst.

    Cons

Upper management does not try to promote or give raises unless your leaving to another company and thats only if they think you might be worth it. Horrible turn around, talk about hiring 4 new people and 7 quitting shortly after. This company runs off a "buddy system" its not what you know here its definitely who you know. The blind leading the blind, and management doesn't take the time to fix the real problems instead they're concerned about parking passes and keeping people from the shops out of they're precious "professional building."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house of your upper management and hire ones thats actually know how to treat people not to mention they're customers. Promote from within instead of hiring someone that doesn't know how to do the job and has to be trained just so they can quit in a month!
