no system for managing missing money

Advice to Senior ManagementIt seems to really depend what shop and who you work for. Some managers can be the best. Some can be very unforgiving. Everything gets pointed at hourly partners when things go wrong. Perhaps be a little more forgiving, especially with drives offs that nothing can be done about. Find a better system for managing the money as well.

    Pros: Depending on the store, it's a mostly friendly and close-knit environment with your coworkers.
