Great people and opportunities with excellent benefits and compensation. Growing rapidly in a very hectic but rewarding environment. Well respected with their customers.

Cons

Recently acquired by Glaxo Smith Kline and falling under their rules and regulations. No clear direction since acquisition. Lack of direction in the sales area by management. Treats people as commodities with little respect.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat employees especially in the sales area better. Stop using the word transparent when you really do not mean it.
