Pros

Strong management that makes good business decisions, smart acquistions, relatively low risk business model with no big trading bets or other high risk areas.
Gaining marketshare in a quickly changing industry.
Client focused, culture is to do good for the client first.

Cons

weak benefits, 401K match, etc.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay smart, no big risk or bets (how many Wall Street firms have been sunk due to risk?), keep focus on clients first.
