Pros

Management is great, benefits are good. A prestigious, large company with a multitude of opportunities to move sideways, upwards, diagonally, what not.

Cons

Because so many people want to work for Stockmann, they can afford to pay less than a similar position in another company. The interviewing and screening process can be challenging, but it is very professional and you feel like the people know what they are doing.
