I worked at Stoltz Management full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours, satellite offices have more benefits than corporate office employees, not too much micro management for satellite offices.

    Cons

Upper management is non-responsive to employees needs, churn through employees at corporate office on a regular basis, upper management makes decisions in a vacuum without being familar with their properties.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start listening to your employees instead of the "yes" men who occupy executive positions. Encourage a more ethical work environment across the board.
