ConsA lot of pressure from above on many items that will be out of your control

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on what you can control. Acknowledge that different markets have different buying cycles. Capital purchases do not work the same way they did 20-30 years ago.

Pros: decent salary, although after increasing sales over 65% 1 year, I asked for a raise and was told my comm was my… Cons: VERY Structured with set goals no matter the potential of any territory. A rep in rural South Dakota is expected to produce the same… Advice to Senior Management: Sales cycles come and go. Be patient with a salesman with a bad 3 months. You have spent thousands of dollars training him… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
