Pros

-Great people

You get to not work too much. As a TA you get to pick your hours. Also, the people you work with are usually smart and knowledgeable.

Cons

-Bad environment
-No growth
Very boring environment, the school isn't in the best type of environment. Nothing much around. You can't really grow with this job.
