Stop & Shop – “Good”

Pros

Stop & Shop is a good place to work if you are looking for a job with flexible working hours, an opportunity to advance to higher paying jobs and like working in a fast paced environment which allows you to deal with the public/

Cons

I would say that the biggest draw back at Stop & Shop is that there is not a feeling of being a team member. Most of the managers give little or no feedback to their employees. Perhaps its because there is a lot of turn over. there are times when you need help and get nothing from their management.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire more loyal, trustworthy people that have good work ethics and can deal with the customer aspects of the job. Have all employees know and understand the requirements for their position. Develop more team activities and give more positive feedback when you are doing a good job
