The overall benefits provided are good.

Cons

The other employees are great and become family, but there is not to much room for growth within the company unless you are a managers pet.

Advice to Senior Management

Spend more time communicating with employees and make the time to reconigize when someone is working constant overtime and putting in incredible amounts of work. Small thank yous go a log way.
