Lack of support by management. Lack of oversight by management. Lack of communication with associates and other management by management. Lack of control of other associates by management. Preferential treatment of others by management. Grievances not addressed by management. Lack of recognition for jobs well done. Little incentive to stay with company due to lack of opportunity for advancement. Despite positive performance reviews, company does not increase pay rate.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to and support members of the company. Provide incentive for employees to want to advance within the Strauss Auto.
