+ Open door policy
+ Nice addition on the resume for someone who seeks to work in a technical area

Cons

- Nearly no promotion path
- Lack of a real culture and values
- No "cool" perks or social space onsite at the time to relax and socialize with colleagues (besides the canteen and the very isolated and smoking area)

    Pros

    Talented workforce, hardworking employees, good systems already in place, good locations, clean workplaces

    Cons

    Management either does not know or just tolerates manager who do not support their followers and do not respect them. A lot of supervisors and first line managers do all the work and are even given dual-roles. Great systems are already in-place but instead there are managers who keep doing what they want without following or checking the established systems and processes. Some managers just run their teams and sites like kingdoms with their own favorite managers or officers and those who do not follow are do not get recognized for their work and contributions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Conduct 360 degree audit and evaluation of your site managers and program managers and make sure to protect the privacy of the employees to get a REAL picture of what your managers are doing. (ex. Clark site and Libis Site, Philippines).
