Stream Employee Review
Stream – “Stream is just okay, a stepping ground or step up from retail.”

The people at Stream come from a lot of different backgrounds and ethnic groups. The diversity can be a downside at times, but is definitely the best part of working at Stream. You might be sitting next to a high school drop out, or someone who used to work for NASA (yes, I've had both as cubemates).
Cons
When you compare the work you do at Stream with your counterparts at comparable jobs, salaries are 1/5-1/3 what they are elsewhere. It is extremely discouraging to not be getting paid for the work that you are accomplishing. Promotions are more of cozing up to your hiring manager than actually proving yourself by being a useful and productive agent. Stream is more high school than work place, popularity contest than professionalism.
Advice to Senior Management
Please fight for your employee's to get fair treatment, fair for the work done and the performance output. The pay is not fair, promotions are not fair. There are people just out of training getting promoted ahead of people that have been there five years or more and are a lot more adept, knowledgeable, and qualified - just because the person out of training happened to be friends with a higher up.
