Easy job as long as you follow directions.
No raises, ever.
Health Insurance is too expensive, what I pay a week covers most people for a month.

Cons

Way too much driving.... I put 60,000 miles on my car in 1 year (4 years worth). People say driving is easy wait until you drive hundreds of miles a day and you start cramping up in your back and legs.
Reimbursement is too low for car use.

Advice to Senior Management

Fix car reimbursement, pay the actual mileage that employees drive, not a computer generated made up number that is lower.
