Pros – Good benefits, including tuition assistance and a great 401(k) plan with a 7% discretionary contribution. The company is growing fast by acquiring mid-sized and small companies. Great product portfolio.

Cons – There is no diversity at the workplace. Recent hires in leadership roles lack of the fundamental people skills and education.
