I have been working at Stryker full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Company-wide pride in our mission
Support Professional Development
Relocation Assistance
Cons – Pay for geographic area is not competitive
Percent increase for raise/promotion is laughable
Advice to Senior Management – Give a realistic raise for positive performance reviews. When employees are promoted, give double digit percentage increases in salary.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
