    Pros

The culture is defined by the articulate process of screening a potential candidate. The end result is a team of thousands coming together to achieve one goal.

    Cons

Its a HUGE "Mom and Pop" shop.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Opportunity is there for hardworking, educated, go-get-em types....

    Cons

Managers do not always know what they are doing. It's a good ol boys type network. So the guys who get in have a buddy who is already in....not always the most qualified. I am not saying that all fit this mold. This was my experience.

    Advice to Management

Know your products and cultivate a progressive environment.
