Pros

The people that you work with are very driven to succeed.

Cons

The company claims to be more flexible in comparison to other fortune 500 companies, but its not that fluid

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen more to the sales force. They live off the economics of healthcare.

    Help people live better lives

    Cons

    No Union so employees are submitted to on the fly decisions about their future and opportunities to grow

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat employees better. Do not discriminate against individuals with disability. Management needs race diversity, not one black or hispanic executive on board all white management. One spanish executive was moved to Florida and is a token executive.
