I worked at Stryker full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Competitive compensation - They pay you at market rates.

    Cons

    - A lot of politics. If you have contacts at higher level, you can get done whatever you want against HR policies as well
    - Less growth opportunities
    - No freedom to present your ideas. Management is autocratic. They dont want to listen to you. If they dont like you, your life would be made hell.
    - Wont find very highly intellectual crowd
    - HR is not strong at all. There can be cases where the policies can be ignored. Employees can not bank on HR for support at all.
    - You can work beyond your responsibilities and still not be recognized or appreciated,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Please consider your team members as part of your team and stop having favorites.
    - Be open to ideas from everyone and have trust in people that you yourself hire else dont hire them.
    - Give everyone a fair opportunity and dont have pre conceived notions.
    - Dont try to micro manage every employee

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
