Stryker rewards performers. For those looking to be paid based upon your performance, this is the holy land. Especially in the salesforce. Your performance is very easy to see as numbers are out in the open for everyone to see. You will either be a success of failure in Sales at Stryker based upon your own performance.

Cons

Its a high performance organization. Stryker provides support, but this job requires you to be a self starter with the will to sometimes sacrifice work and life balance for financial reward. Not for the faint of heart. If you dont perform, you wont survive here.

Advice to Senior Management

NEVER forget what got us where we are. As the company grows, the sales rep - senior mgmt relationship has become more advesarial. Stryker has always been a sales organization, but in the last few years the reps have begun to be treated more like numbers than individuals.
