I have been working at Stryker

    Pros

Great family atmosphere makes it a pleasure to go to work each day. Everyone tries to help each other even if it is outside of their duties. The production floor is unlike any production floors I have ever been around, it is quiet clean and people are happy and friendly.

    Cons

There is no balance between work and life. Fifty hours a week is the norm just to keep up on normal duties. The documentation system is by far the worst part of the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making documentation that is created because you don't trust your workers. If you can't trust your employees then that looks bad on the company as a whole.
