Pros

It is a fun place to work considering you are working with other college students who have similar hobbies as you.

Cons

The money isn't that great, but I didn't expect to get paid much as a student painter. You work the amount of hours that it takes you to finish your project.

Advice to Senior Management

I liked the way that you run your business, it was very effective because college students are money hungry and are willing to do door to door cold calling.
