StudentCity – “When you love what you do it doesn't feel like work.”

Pros

StudentCity is a young and energetic company. Although we are diverse on several levels- everyone that works here is passionate about our industry, student travel, and their job within it. My goal is to someday make our place of work equivalent to Zappos. Also we have a KickBall team.

Cons

Although I love going to work each day, there is no better feeling than working and living in Boston. I miss my easy commute, but driving to work isn't that bad when its raining or snowing and everyone else is stuck walking around the city.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to recruit top talent- and recognize and retain those on your team who you consider a vital member of your team. Also continue to challenge each member of your team so they don't get bored. Not that its ever boring here!
