Pros – Subaru is a fast growing company in the automobile industry despite the current economy downturn. It offers a good retirement and benefit package that includes profit sharing, partial matched 401K, tuition assistant, and choices of medical insurances.

Cons – Hard to get promoted, and hard to get trained on new skills, resulting in slow career growth.
