    Great training ground for other companies, since some of the salaries are lower than other companies.

    Pros

    Health benefits are outstanding with no premiums. The wellness program is a great benefit to help reduce health care costs. 401k match is a plus.

    Cons

    Management is run by underqualified employees. Progression in the company depends on years of service, not your performance. Pathetic structure.

    Advice to Management

    Reward the hard working individuals and set realistic expectations. If the company's rigid structure has to be altered to allow for the right people to progress, then do it. There are many highly talented and devoted individuals who are not receiving the right support or placement within the company. On the contrary, there are many individuals who are not qualified for their positions who are a roadblock for the more talented and skilled individuals. These are the individuals who have been around long enough, who are resistant to change, and are impeding many potential candidates who could better the company.
