Hard work with good pay

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Lafayette, IN

ProsGreat pay and benefits, a rec center and health clinic available to associates, spouse, and children

Consback breaking body aching work...you will definitely earn every penny you make depending on what area you end up in

Advice to Senior ManagementUtilize employees based on their talents. Individuals are sometimes put in areas that hinder them from being utilized to their best ability. Give hourly associates more opportunities for training to be qualified for promotions instead of turning them down based on them lacking those qualifications. If they express and interest and the company expresses a need..why wouldn't training be available?

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
