Pros
1. Work Culture
2. Every one is easily approachable.
3. Compensation
Cons
1. Career Growth is bad.
2. frequent short term travel..not good beyond cetain age..
3. Onsite benefits are not great.
4.Company stuck in financial crisis.
Advice to Senior Management
Career growth a serious concern for all.Please do something on this.
