Pros – Good if you are working with development team. They work on diverse technologies hence giving developers better opportunity to learn new and upcoming techologies

Cons – Less Emoluments and Onsite opportunities. Managers play their favorites while deciding on the person to be sent on-site. Its difficult to get an opportunity to prove.

Advice to Senior Management – Leadership of subex is good but they really need to assess the work of middle management and review the entire process
