Pros

The pay rate was very good and the staff was very responsive while you were employed on under contract it seems.

Cons

The benefits package wasn't up to par so I didn't accept it.
There wasn't an yeary increase to keep up with inflation.

Advice to Senior Management

Please consider giving cost of living increases and/or yearly raises. Considerations as such go along way to improving the lives of employees.
