I have been working at Subsea 7 full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Career opportunities, above average salary, talented colleagues, great staff benefits, and good relocation packages.

    Cons

If you are not an Engineer you can sometimes feel out of place. More training available for Engineers than any other career pathway.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Aim to match the likes of Total, Exxon Mobil, and other conglomerates in terms of staff benefits and training opportunities.

Flexible working work pattern is a good thing, not a profit killer.
