    Pros

In N Ca area, newer equipment, and the people are great together.

    Cons

Poverty wages are insulting to the employees, benefits go down & prices go up every year, yet many times no merit raises. Only some offices are nice others look like they are still in the 70"s. Prices for products are not competitive with other companies. Budgets are not realistic. .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share the wealth you have with the people that provide it for you. The external employees, especially in Ca. live at a poverty level wages. I was there 26 years, was still under $20 an hour. I was offered 3 positions at other companies fro the same position, they started new drivers at what I was making. You speak that customers & employees come first, yet it is after the stock holders where these two come in.
